@ All fans, friends and readers who are emailing me regarding the delay of Amazon and WaterStones in shipping their pre-ordered books: This was due to a miscommunication with the wholesalers. Oak Tree Press says that the problem is now solved and it's a matter of a very few days for orders to start shipping and for books to be in all retailers stock.
